IT Sentry – Bronze Tier
This is our entry-level version of ITSentry and offers daily checking of the two most important areas of your computer network
- Backup- Did last night’s backup complete successfully ?
- Anti-Virus updates – Is my servers Anti-Virus running scanning using the latest updates ?
ITSentry – Silver and Gold Tiers
This is suitable for the customer who wants additional peace of mind of a more comprehensive service offering, offering all the benefits of the Bronze ITSentry with additional daily and regulary monitoring checks (as frequently as every 5 minutes) . For the Silver tier you are allocated a certain number of points to spend, to focus on what’s important to you. With the Gold tier you are given even more points so you can monitor practically all areas of your computer network.

- Do you want to include monitoring of your computers with Asset Reporting
- Do you want to be notified when your server is running slow and needs an upgrade, choose Performance Monitoring
