How we work

The way that we work and interact together has changed extensively over the years

More so in the IT industry than any other, with the demand for remote workers and remote support more demanding than ever

We took the approach to this challenge by structuring our company around it

We have a central management system, which mirrors our two main sites for fault tolerance, our engineers work from their home locations, linked into the main system for information and support, we are in constant contact with each other through Skype, our remote support and cloud services are located in secure data centres, working this way gives both our clients and ourselves the following benefits

  • Faster response times to site working from different locations
  • Fault tolerance in the event of loss of service from one location
  • Lower company running costs, which pass down to our clients
