Transition from a slow/expensive IT provider to Rory and his team

I am the owner of Vicars Cross Dental Practice based in Chester. We are a 7 surgery dental practice, and I employ approximately 35 staff.

Over the past several years we have suffered from slow and very much reactive IT support, additionally our previous IT provider was based in London and whenever they visited us we had to pay for Hotel and Travel expenses!
